Lately, if I’m not at my yoga studio, I’m practicing asanas at home, looking ways to incorporate pranayama and meditation into my otherwise chaotic life, demonstrating to Nick my new point of flexibility, immersing myself in whatever Yoga book or magazine I can get my hands on, discovering the meaning and purpose of ancient yoga, committing to memory terms like Uttanasana and Adho Mukha Svanasana…

Yep, I think I’ve officially fallen in love with Yoga.

Dad say’s he does yoga up in his deer stand. Oh wait! I mean he meditates. :) Maybe he doesn’t formally meditate, but I think he experiences something very similar. As for Yoga, I would like to try it sometime. I will make a point of coming up to your Saturday morning class sometime. I would like to go with you! I am actually going to sign up for a class here in Burli at the end of October. It’ll be a challenge for me I’m sure since I am the least limber person I know. I am glad you love Yoga. What a healthy addiction!!
